How Convention Mode Works

Create Your Session

Set the convention type, date, time, and quorum threshold. Load an RPT template or build your own agenda. An access code is automatically generated for delegate verification.

Delegates Check In

Project the QR code and access code on the big screen. Delegates scan with their phones, enter their Voter ID and the access code, and verify their identity. The quorum tracker updates in real time.

Run the Convention

Progress through agenda items with one click. When you reach resolutions, the system transitions to the floor management view. Call votes, manage amendments, track speakers — all from your dashboard.

Call Recess When Needed

Set a duration or end time. The countdown displays on all screens. Delegates get push notifications 10 minutes before resumption. The 'When We Return' section shows what's next on the agenda.
