Three Layers of Session Integrity

Delegate Credentialing
Verify every delegate against the certified voter roll. Three-factor verification: Voter ID, email address, and session access code. Only credentialed delegates can participate.

Vote Lock: No Late Entries During a Vote
Under Robert's Rules of Order, once a vote has been called, only those present and eligible at that moment may participate. KleverResolve enforces this automatically.
Before Vote Opens
- ✓Delegates can check in at any time
- ✓New check-ins are added to the quorum count
- ✓All checked-in delegates are eligible to vote
During Active Vote
- ✗New check-ins cannot vote on the current item
- →Late arrivals see: "Voting in progress. You'll be eligible for the next item."
- ✓Late arrivals are still counted for future quorum
Session Access Codes
Every session generates a unique access code. Delegates must enter it to prove they're physically in the room.
QR Code on Big Screen
A large QR code is displayed on the convention screen. Delegates scan it to go directly to the voting page.
Access Code Entry
The 4-character access code is displayed on screen. Delegates enter it during check-in to verify physical presence.
Regenerate Anytime
The chair can regenerate the access code at any time if security is compromised. All delegates must re-verify.
